SMM OSCE: Russian occupational forces in Ukraine continue to violate Minsk Agreements

Russian Armed Forces continue to supply its military units located within the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine with the weapons and armaments. This constitutes a crude violation of the Minsk Agreements, OSCE and UN Charters.

The weapons belong to the 1^st (Donetsk) and 2^nd (Luhansk) Army Corps of the 8^th Army of the Southern military district of the Russian Armed Forces. The 8^th Army (HQ in Novocherkask) is headed by the Commander – Lieutenant General Sychevoi Andrii Ivanovych.
